My eBay Finds for August 2025
My eBay finds for August 2025 dropped from last month, nearly half. We also had a few sales on Poshmark and 1 sale on Mercari.
I would definitely recommend using a cross lister – Nifty.ai. This has helped our sales a bit. It’s so nice that it’ll delist items that sell on other platforms. eBay Finds for August 2025
In August, we sold 17 items on eBay; 3 less than last month. There were no real big winners this month.
We start off the month with 3 sales – Star Wars Empire Strikes Back 4K Bluray; 1976 McDonald Toy Hamburglar action figure and Blown Away DVD. The Star Wars movie was ours and sold for $20. Blown Away came from an apartment cleanout. The 1976 McDonald’s Toy Hamburglar came from a storage auction.

The next 3 sales were a 4 feature film with Van Damme DVD; Grand Theft Auto Liberty City Greatest Hits PS3 Sealed; and Urban Pipeline Size 30 shorts Men with no belt. The Van Damme came from my FIL’s collection. The Grand Theft Auto came from an estate auction – paid $2.33 and sold for $22. The Urban Pipeline was bought at a thrift store.
The next 3 sales were movies – Star Wars I II III Bluray; XPW Wrestling Fallout DVD; and a Lot of 3 Star Wars Force Awakens, Last Jedi, Rise of Skywalker Bluray – NEW. The Star Wars were from our personal collection. The Wrestling came from the thrift store and it was sold sooo cheap that we barely made any money on it.
The next 3 sales were a Victoria’s Secret Pastel Striped Beach Towel; Halo Two Microsoft 2017 Soldiers on Base figure; and a Blood Volume 2 Anime DVD. The Victoria’s Secret towel came from one of our old storage units. My SIL had mentioned that if I couldn’t sell it, she’d take it as she loves anything Victoria’s Secret! The Halo Two figure came from a thrift store. The Blood Anime dvd came from an apartment cleanout.
The next 3 sales were a Star Wars The Empire Strikes Back bluray; Anvil Athletism Alcatraz Shirt Size XL; and a Fruit of the Loom Eagle J. Peck Shirt Size L. The Star Wars came from us. The 2 shirts came from a storage unit.
The last 2 sales of the month were a Pebble Beach 1919 Golf Links Hat and Mr Brooks bluray. The Pebble Beach came from the thrift store. Mr. Brooks came from a pawn shop.

On Poshmark, we had 4 sales – 3 pieces of clothing and a collectible item.
The first 2 sales were a Lands End No Iron Supima Blue Pink button up shirt Size 22W and a Flying Cross Shirt Size XL. The Lands End came from a storage unit and love the No Iron aspect. The Flying Cross came from the thrift store and I had picked up 2 of them.
The last 2 sales were an Elvis Presley Commemorative Bank Note and Express Dark Blue Jeans Barely Boot Low Rise 12R. Both of them came from our house.
On Mercari, we sold a Scarlett Bordeaux WWE autograph (no photo).
The next month (September) was about the same in sales for eBay; we also had sales with Poshmark and Mercari.
