My eBay Finds for June 2025
My eBay Finds for June 2025 dropped significantly from last month about $130, which also included a refund as well. I had a few sales on Poshmark and no sales thru Mercari. I did buy 2 storage units this month and I’m currently still going through them as they were large units.
I definitely recommend using a cross lister, like Nifty as I’ve gotten so much more sales than I normally would have. eBay Finds for June 2025
In June, we sold 20 items on eBay but one of those items we had to refund due to mold. We also took a loss of $25.68 on a steelbook set. My hubby had bought it thinking it was going to exceed in value and it didn’t.
The first couple of days in June, we sold a Harry Plopper Series 1 The Hangrees in box and a Mickey Mouse Butter Knife. The Harry Plopper came from a storage unit and the butter knife came from an estate auction.
The next couple of days, we sold 3 items – Welcome to Pia Carrot! 2 DVD sealed; The Expendables 1-4 Steelbook Best Buy Exclusive; and Banana Republic Luxury Touch shirt. The dvd came from one of the apartments that my hubby works at (it was left behind by a tenant). The Expendables was a bad buy from my Hubby – we paid $100 and sold it for $75.77. Quite unfortunate but it does happen! The Banana Republic shirt was bought at Goodwill.
There are many colors to choose from.
About 5 days passed, we sold 2 more items – Sweet Valley High 1st Season DVD and a signed Bai Ling photo (no photo for this). Do you remember reading those books back in the day – Sweet Valley High? I used to have a book collection of this.
Another week goes by and we sell another 3 items – Great Courses: Birth of the Modern Mind DVD; Panache Bra size 36FF; and a Running Red DVD. The Great Courses came from my dad as he loved listening to these in the garage while he worked away. The Panache bra came from Goodwill and it sold for $16.89; paid $4 for it. The Running Red dvd came from an apartment cleanout.
The next couple of days, we sold 3 more items – Sega Genesis Tecmo Video game; Toto 35th Anniversary live in Poland bluray; and Liz Claiborne Woman Girlfriend jeans. The Tecmo game – we had to refund because buyer claimed it was moldy and not sealed, even though we disclosed the photos. No photo for this though ( the ones that my hubby lists I don’t photos to show). The Liz Claiborne jeans was bought at a garage sale. Toto came from an bulk bluray sale.
3 days later, we sold 2 bras to the same buyer – Calvin Klein Pale Pink and beige bras. I picked these up at an estate sale for $1/each.
2 more days later, we sold an Abigail Spencer signed photo and the Where the Crawdads Sing bluray.
The last 3 days of the month, we sold 3 more items on eBay – American Red Cross Holiday heroes lapel pin; Danny K Floral Purse with chain strap; and a Triple Feature – The Cowboys, The Green Berets, The Searchers bluray. The Danny K purse was bought at a thrift store with another Danny K that I picked up as well (dogs).
On Poshmark, we sold 4 items toward the end part of the month. We sold 2 of the shirts to the same person – Agony & Ecstasy Dyse One and Dyse One Evil Ways size 2XL shirts. We also sold a Janji Traverse Shorts Size Medium for $29 (paid $7.49 at Goodwill). The other item sold was Hollister Swim Shorts Size 28 men; also picked that up at Goodwill.
I also bought 2 storage units in June. The first one was in Ferndale and it was a large one. Found quite a bit of good stuff in this unit, including a tempurepedic mattress, brand new dolls, and plenty of great clothes!
This unit I actually gave the previous owner till the end of the day to pay as the complex said that they had been paying for the unit for a few years. I also paid for a month of storage as it was going to take a while to go through this unit.
The 2nd unit I bought came from Sedro Wooley and it was a bad one. I have made some money off the unit and still have several items to go through in our shed. It was a mistake buy but at least I didn’t pay much for the unit. I did pay for a month though. This complex was interesting – the door to the unit was so difficult to close that I had to have someone with muscle to help me each time. There was also food that spilt out everywhere; what a mess!
The next month (July) was significantly better in sales and we had sales on all 3 platforms – eBay, Poshmark, and Mercari.
